I like that they are very flexible in terms of planning our event. They listen to what we want and make it happen. There is always someone available to answer any questions you may have. They do not micromanage which makes them easy to work with. I wish we had more opportunities to use their services for other types of events. I think this would be helpful for us as we can rotate between different types of engagements.
