in one box. I used it because I always used Reach floss because my teeth were quite close together and flossing became impossible due to arthritis in the CMC joint of my thumbs. My joints were replaced in two separate surgeries and both had complications so it took me a long time to regain full use. Eventually I reverted to using the reach thread. Then the new dentist replaced the filling and didn't check it for rough edges. I kept breaking my floss when brushing between two teeth. And for the first time in years, my hands hurt, perhaps from brushing my teeth so thoroughly. I decided it was time to buy the Reach Flosser. If Listerine wants to claim it's a reach flosser replacement, that's fine, but it's dead wrong. The very thin, very sharp thread in this floss is terrible. It's nowhere near reach-thread and I can't use it. I hate giving too many things back to Revane, so I'll keep that to myself. but I can't recommend less floss than this.
