I normally only buy high quality omegas for joint and performance. I came across this mix while researching and was intrigued by the combination, the reviews, and the overall quality of the product. I'm not sure how much this has helped my waist because I find that eating right and exercising regularly makes my waist "lighter" and "tighter" anyway. What I would like to add is that after having 2 children my hair became dry and frizzy.
