I have one of these early 2002 UPS 2844 printers. high quality prints. The actual replacement procedure was a bit tricky, but with the right screwdriver it's not that bad. Maybe 5-10 minutes of work from start to finish depending on if you accidentally drop the screw somewhere to get it out. My advice. Use a magnetic screwdriver for this replacement. you will thank me
