Review on AMACO Pint Jar Wax Resist by Kelsey Brown

Bought a jar a few months ago and kept it indoors. When I opened the jar and mixed the contents, the wax resist looked perfectly normal. However, as soon as I started applying it with a brush, large lumps of wax formed on the surface of the porcelain. After five calls to Amaco and their empty promises to call back, tech support told me not to buy from their dealers. "We don't know how they store the product, so we can't guarantee the quality. Buy direct from us next time." And no, the manufacturer will not replace a defective product. I have used many Amaco products (including the wax resist) in the past, but next time I need to buy something I will I do my best to avoid their products A company that treats customers and dealers like this deserves no loyalty whatsoever.
