Review on Brigade POS by Marcus Braunstein
Brigade is by far my favorite agency vendor
The best part about brigade was that they were able to customize their software for us as well as give several options when choosing colors or fonts! They also have excellent customer care once installed!! I wish there would've been more training offered before installation however everything went very smoothly from start-to finish with them (we had previous experience using other companies).
There weren't any issues during our implementation process but if anything came along afterwords i'm pretty certain they'd address those concerns quickly & efficiently since this isn't an issue anymore.
Pros
- Their support is amazing, fast response time even over holidays which we really appreciated.They are flexible in termsof customization requests/ideas etc..and responsive throughout most aspects.
- The abilityt o manage multiple locations via one interface
- Ability toupdate existing stores without having todo store reinstallations at each location separately.etc
