Definitely glittering and shimmering in the light. I used a flash to show how sparkling it can be even in daylight. I hope it helps. The heavy metal and stones seem very reliable and with the added elements I have even more confidence in the product. Pretty easy to install if you remember to put a screw in the bottom of the cap before screwing. I had a plastic mount on the front panel so I had to drill holes in the top as the panel and frame didn't fit in the slots (see fig 3). For this setup I only used the nuts from the top set as the bottom ones fit securely in the bracket. On the back I used the whole set which definitely won't budge. Using a screwdriver made the job a lot easier.
