I used them on two 80mm fans in the bottom of the case. I installed them as air intakes to better direct airflow up from my top fan and to ventilate the inboard PSU fan. I have a case in the shape of a cube so the mobo lies flat and is not attached to the side of it. They arrived sturdy, somewhat flexible and fit my case against my fans. I don't know anything about their dust tightness yet. I need them for cat pelts and I know they won't be absorbed by my fans anymore.
