My daughters are 1.80 m tall and thin, so women's jogging trousers and casual trousers are always too short. I ordered a small for those who like a regular fit and a medium for those who like a roomy fit (the drawstring helped with the medium sizing). Both are quite long and both love how warm and soft they are. We've only had them a few days so no comments on durability or washing, but they seem pretty sturdy.
