Review on π Amazon Basics 4-Port USB Type-C to USB 3.1 Adapter Hub in White by Jeff Kersey
broke after 6 months, Revain claims 1 year warranty but doesn't offer return access
I bought it on January 11, 2019. The product description lists Revain's one-year basic warranty. It has stopped working and is trying to navigate through my orders on the Revain website or back through dead ends making it impossible to return. Also, there is no "Contact Us" link anywhere on the Revain website to send an email. What good is an advertised return policy if it doesn't provide return access?
