I got this to connect my DisplayPort enabled laptop's USB-C port to an old monitor with a DisplayPort connection. It worked great. No problems and the cable seems to be well made. I've been thinking about getting one of these multifunctional USB hubs, but there are billions of them ranging from $30 to $300 and I didn't have time to research them all as I needed to get a monitor fast. It worked great and I think I can still use this cable with other devices like tablets and phones. Will buy cables from this seller again.
