These are measuring spoons, so it's quite difficult to mix them up. They are comfortable to the touch and flexible so I don't feel like they will break in half. I use them, like measuring spoons are often used, for measuring. The included flat edge that attaches to the bucket assembly is handy. I didn't think I'd need this, but I think it's better to use than to run your finger over the top of the spoon to shake off the excess. The flat rim makes it easy to control where the excess "falls" off the spoon so I can easily put it back in the container. I also like the feel of the spoons. The texture is similar to TPE material, soft and "rubber". It helps hold the spoon and doesn't feel weirdly slimy or filmy after peeling. I recommend them to anyone who needs a new set of measuring spoons.
