I cant say that I was completely satisfied with the product.

When all my questions and research were answered, I made the decision to buy the phone. Samsung was an unknown quantity for me, with widely divergent opinions among those around me, because I had previously been an HTC enthusiast. And still, I went ahead and bought it. As my primary reference year,. The whole thing about the phone is neat. I can't get over how great the camera and screen are. I want to take a picture for the first time only for the sake of looking at the result. Uniquely accommodating both large and small hands, the design also features a long screen that makes web browsing a breeze. The look, feel, and construction are all top-notch. Freedom from external power sources; the battery can withstand continuous use for a whole day. The firmware appears to be highly reliable, as no problems have been encountered. In comparison to my iPhone, which is top-notch in every way, my wife's iPhone seems like a relic from the 1990s. After only ten minutes of holding the S8 Plus, the wife made up her mind to make the switch as well. Of course, there are drawbacks as well. The primary one is Bixby, which is extremely strictly imposed by the manufacturer, has a separate button under the volume swing, which sometimes severely interferes with its existence, and at the same time badly slows down the smartphone despite having the most powerful hardware on board. On the whole, the firmware is useful, if a bit slow; however, it would be even more useful if the manufacturer's bloatware didn't seem to crawl out of every conceivable opening and directly into the notification screen without the user's knowledge or consent. It comes as a huge shock that we can't get rid of him or "calm" him. Not that it's a deal-breaker or anything, but it took me at least two weeks to get used to where the famous fingerprint scanner is positioned. Potentially everything. On a whole, I'd give it a big minus. No pluses for Samsung's software. Other than that, we've had nothing but positive experiences with the device, and it looks like we'll be adding another Samsung to the family soon. All in all, I was delighted with the experience and would enthusiastically tell others about it. Due to the GPS receiver's abnormal behavior, this became a major issue.

Pros
  • Flagship features include the screen, camera, design, form factor, tactile sensations, communication, and mobile internet quality. How reliable the firmware is.
Cons
  • Despite having top-tier hardware, Bixby is a dunce because of its unnecessary extra buttons, fingerprint scanner placement, and intrusive preinstalled apps that won't go away or even be turned off.
