Signs of a blown fuse can include the circuit board not looking right.

Replaced fuse in Rostock Max v2 3D printer. This is the type that works with the Rambo board. Symptoms of a blown fuse may include the board not turning on or only the LCD working. I shorted out the fan on the printer which blew the fuse. quite small, you will need fine tweezers to place it properly.
