Installation was easy with minimal fuss. The only specialty tool I needed was to pull back the caliper pistons, but that would be required for any brake job. Breaking in was easy and worked great, but was a bit tricky as I live near a busy 4 lane freeway and I had to turn on my turn signals when overtaking at 60 mph. It was worth it because these brakes work fantastic! Plus they look really good (if you're a car nerd like me)!
