Exactly what I needed.

Exactly what I needed. I have warm white 5w. It emits a moderately faint, soft amber (soft white/yellowish) light. It shines up to about 25 feet. For comparison I tried 60 watt and 40 watt bulbs, before they were too bright and illuminated my garden up to the back fence and half the neighboring yard. This seems to have less than 40 watts of light output. It turns on and off at sunset/dawn as advertised. The lamp and body are white when not lit (like the right bulb in the picture). It is NOT a bright light or a bluish tint of daylight.

Pros

Easy to Use: Simply insert the light bulb into the E26 socket and you can work safely and stably. Very suitable for gardens, yards, hallways, front doors, garages, stairs, walkways, schools, hospitals, etc.
