It worked perfectly, engine misfires stopped

Fuel consumption almost doubled and engine noise at idle stopped. Very hard work to install them. I had to remove the valve cover to replace mine. If you have large offset VTC bore seals, you're in luck, it probably takes 15 or 20 minutes to do the job. My setup included a very small gasket with a hole in the middle that required the valve cover to be removed. I was quoted a labor fee of $680 to install at a local shop, which is usually very reasonable in most cases, but in this case I decided to save money and install it myself.
