Headphones were well packed I. Cardboard box in plastic wrap. Includes instructions and charging cable. I love that it uses USB c as my phone is dying too. Even in cold weather (20's and 30's throughout), the headphones were still charged in the case upon arrival. The sound quality was pretty good. No questions. They're not noise-cancelling, but I wasn't expecting that either. The fit is fine. They bother my ears a bit. If you plan on wearing them all day, they might not be the best option. It would be nice if they could design these with removable/adjustable earbuds. In general they are great for the money. I used it two days in a row (I listened to podcasts the whole time) and just charged it.
