This condition has forced me to work from home. Before that I worked in a bakery. I bake donuts so I was looking for something that wouldn't warp the donut batter before baking. The one I had before was so stiff because of their brush which was made of plastic hair and sometimes they left hair on my donut which people complained about. I received this brush and I think it's the one I was looking for. It's a one piece piece and it's the best option because I'm not worried about it breaking or separating from the handle while I'm working. I wipe it off with a tissue mid-bake and pop it in the dishwasher after work. I also have one for my kid to help me bake. She loves him because his brushes never came off even after he taped him to the floor. It's so light compared to the old brushes I used and my hand doesn't hurt after baking.
