After several uses, this burner started to leak badly! followed all the instructions but i think it wasn't enough! I will free myself from it. It's very hard to do what I need to do without getting stoned before I'm done. I think you get what you pay for! UPDATE: I've upgraded this from 1 to 3 stars because of their service. They did everything to improve the situation! They sent me a second device but unfortunately after 4-5 uses it started leaking again. Keep in mind that this wasn't as big a leak as the first time, but still you don't have to leak with this type of product as it is very dangerous. I told them about the situation and they make the necessary adjustments to update the device and send me a new one. I really think they deserve more stars for their customer service alone, but at the end of the day you're not buying service, you're buying a flashlight! I will update again and hope this "updated" version deserves more stars! UPDATE #2: After some discussion with customer service I downgraded it to 1 star for product and now for customer service! Maybe I'm just the unlucky guy here. I gave an updated review which was nice and gave them a few more stars just for their service. The replacement device that was sent was also leaking. They also promised a refund after my first 1 star review, but unfortunately I went through the return window (hence the "I'll get rid of it" in my first review, I've already accepted it as a loss and was fine with it). But they kept telling me to do it through Revain but since I couldn't, now they're asking if I want a refund through PayPal or a gift card PLUS compensation PLUS by giving me a 3rd "refurbished" send device. It sounds tempting doesn't it? Wait, there's more! I only get this compensation and the third device if I upgrade the rating to 4 stars. to a discontinued product. a product that lets in fumes that you really don't want to inhale. I don't think it's acceptable to refund or replace a hostage device to lie about a product and give it more stars than it deserves and that's very disappointing. All in all it was a roller coaster ride up and down. I'm usually very patient and I don't mind giving them a chance to fix things, but to say they want me to upgrade to 4+ stars THEN they send stuff is ridiculous. I will not lie to other customers just to get what I was supposed to get! After all, I'm buying the product, not the customer service. Whether they're good or overkill to get it right shouldn't affect Amazon's PRODUCT rating. Speak, but be brief. these things are leaking. invest in Iwatani or even Bernzomatic!
