Poor burner does not hold flame well. I always regulate butane. The company really pushes you to leave good reviews by telling you they give you free stuff and then never delivers. I would buy someone else if I were you.

This is a flashlight. The fuel and air supply can be regulated individually, allowing you to sear the meat with pinpoint accuracy. Works very well. Use it safely. It gets very hot and melts the disposable aluminum shell. I'll take it to the too cold torch!

I smoked one or two cigars a week. But when the disposables run out of propane, I'm too behind to fill them up properly. For the price it's amazing, I just toss it in a disposable tank, burn the hell out of a cigar and jot down the time or fucking cut something out. I also liked the design so it could be placed on the counter and its balance keeps the end off the floor and avoids setting anything on fire.

I have hesitated between buying this and another canister that you refill for fear I wouldn't be able to find the right butane but any butane canister with a notch will do out. It works so great. Flashlight works great! We use it to light our wood stove and for culinary purposes. It ignites really fast. My only constructive comment is that the torch is attached to the butane bottle with a quarter turn. I would be more comfortable with something more solid. We've been using it for over a month now and so far so good! We source butane from our local Smart & Final. 6-pack jars <$9.00. We're still on our first bench 😉

This flashlight works great! I use it to start my grill, wood oven and heat shrink tubing. Also used to bend PVC pipe/conduit. After several uses, this burner started to leak badly! followed all the instructions but i think it wasn't enough! I will free myself from it.
