Every battery-operated device has a battery issue! The problem was resolved in 2022. I'll be honest: it's not just the batteries! Of course, the service could address these problems on its own. The contacts in the power cable connector and the pins in the irrigator turned out to be oxidized. Everything was fine after cleaning, sanding, and applying silicone grease! Costs from the time of the original purchase! The charging system has not yet been perfected, but the device is reusable. It has been operating properly for more than six months with clean and oiled connections. This connector is inappropriate since it has a high interaction with water. It's been in use for yet another year. The battery does not naturally operate, but the motor does. The connector could not be cleaned because it was entirely oxidized. Charging is not functional. I purchased an external connector and soldered the tail. Once more, the apparatus is functional.
