I love the look of this rack and it has a towel rail. However, the quality of the product is a 3. The shelf looks like it has a slope on the front edge. The paint on the tubes scratches easily exposing the metal underneath the paint. The pipe thread was uneven, which made assembly difficult. We hung the block from drywall, which required using the included anchors. However, when trying to insert the screws, the dowels went through the hole. (Note: the anchors were fixed and had to be driven in). The wall mount parts have also not been adjusted to facilitate installation with screws. It might have something to do with the anchors not staying in place due to the angle of the screw going around the bars. (Note: we couldn't use a drill. We had to use a hand-held Phillips screwdriver). I would recommend this device but be aware. You get what you pay for. If you want quality, look elsewhere.
