Form.com has been very easy to implement and very user friendly. It's intuitive and easy to navigate. I dislike that the form builder does not support all of the elements we need. For example, there are no dropdown menus as part of the form builder. We have had to create custom fields that look like drop down menus but they don't actually contain drop downs. This is a minor issue but it would be nice if it were possible to have those types of options available. There really isn't anything I dislike about this product. It seems to do what we want it to do. If you're looking for a simple way to collect information from your customers, then Form.com is a great choice. They also offer a free 30 day trial so you can test out their service before committing to a long term contract. We've been able to reduce our customer service costs by over 50% since implementing Form.com.
