I like that it is easy to send emails from within our CRM software which makes me feel more in control of my day-to-day activities as an admin rather than sending out mass messages myself or using other third party tools such as Mailchimp etc..
The platform can be slow at times but this isn't something we've had any issues with since switching over so far! We are currently looking into creating some automated processes where certain actions take place every time someone creates/updates their profile details (which happens often). This would help us ensure they're all up date very quickly without having staff constantly checking everything manually first - saving both valuable human resource hours AND reducing potential mistakes made by mistake if people forget about those updates happening automatically after say 4 weeks have passed again!!
