Review on 🔥 ACE Reusable Hot/Cold Compression Wrap: Multipurpose Relief for Sprains, Strains, Bumps, Bruises, Muscle Aches, Cramps, and Stiffness by Robert Pierce

Simplified routine cold therapy

I have knee problems and need a replacement. As I wait and prepare for the surgery, I need to have cold compresses on hand. I kept the gel packs in the freezer, covered them with a kitchen towel and wrapped them in a regular ace. Sometimes I just need it on one knee, sometimes both. I bought two of these new compression bandages and am very happy with them for the same use. Much faster, easier. At one end of the packaging is an open pocket where you put the gel pack that comes with it. I'm uncomfortable inserting it after freezing the pouch so I just leave it in my pocket and freeze the entire packaging - I don't roll it like a normal bandage, I just fold it a few times, manageable length. The other end has a velcro strap that secures the slide in place. It stretches the foil quite a bit and I don't always use it, preferring to bend the end at an angle and form a point that I slide under the rolled foil. Every morning I pop these tissues in my insulated lunch bag, where they also keep my lunch cold until I get to work. I put them in a small freezer at work (and put food in the fridge) but sometimes I forget and they stay cold even in my bag. I especially appreciate not fiddling with the cold pack in the middle of the night; I can take them during (interrupted) sleep, set a timer to avoid frostbite, and get relief anytime I need it. Everyone finds their best relief; Cold is mine and these wraps relieve it too.
