Amazing just a little snug
No paint chips, balls are well fixed (have external threads btw) and from someone who is allergic to most/cheap trinkets I have had no reaction or problem . I bought for my jellyfish because I liked the variety. The only thing I don't like is that the stem is 6mm and I'm used to wearing 8mm and I thought it was 8mm but I probably read it wrong. The 3mm balls are perfect for lip piercings (beautiful and dainty, but still eye-catching).
