Definitely helps me with powerlifting. I'm able to keep fit better and no longer get headaches on my peak days from clenching my jaw. Also a relief not to worry about my teeth! I've had several PRs since using this mouthguard. While I can't say it was the security guard, it definitely helped and was a factor! I can talk and drink with my mask on, which I appreciate since it's cold and flu season and I don't want things I touch after touching the machines in my mouth having to put my mask on and off.
