Huge but works great!

The thing is clunky but I think that's the point. I've tried other mouthguards that weren't as bulky and they didn't help either. It fits my mouth well. I have SEVERE TMJ as well as multiple cranial and facial neuropathies and lifting significantly increases the pain in my face, head and neck. I used it for the first time today during a lifting session and it really helped with my pain. I had minimal pain upon waking for the first time in a year and I can't even believe how little pain I have…

Convenient and helped get some PR!

Definitely helps me with powerlifting. I'm able to keep fit better and no longer get headaches on my peak days from clenching my jaw. Also a relief not to worry about my teeth! I've had several PRs since using this mouthguard. While I can't say it was the security guard, it definitely helped and was a factor! I can talk and drink with my mask on, which I appreciate since it's cold and flu season and I don't want things I touch after touching the machines in my mouth having to put my mask on and

Some adjustment needed

I'm trying to get used to it but it's weird. I'm a powerlifter. Bought based on reviews and usage by top strongmen. I really think it helps when I'm under a load. I don't think I molded it correctly. It's quite thick and a bit funky for a fit. But it lets me relax my mouth and face, which definitely helps. It's hard to take a deep breath in preparation for the lift because I feel like it's about to slide back, triggering the gag reflex. Mine came with a suitcase. The product is good but I think

Fixes my jaw clenching/clenching problem

I grind my teeth and clench my teeth tightly while lifting weights, mostly deadlifts, and this creates a hole in the back of my upper teeth, hence recommended my dentist to buy me a mouthguard/piece . I do CrossFit a few days a week, so I needed something that I could breathe through easily and go into my mouth easily. There are youtube videos that you can use when creating the mold for your teeth and I found them very easy to use. It does what I wanted and I'm glad it came in pink and with its

Complete bullshit best in sports medicine

I grind my teeth on squats, deadlifts and bench presses, nothing heavy. My dentist recommended I use a mouthpiece. I did a little research and found that many athletes are using the new generation mouthpiece. What the advertising fails to tell you is that these mouthguards have been specially fitted to their mouth. Mine was nothing more than a copy of what UA had been selling for years. I tried using it as per the cooking instructions and almost swallowed it. First elevator. i bit him waste of…

Doesn't give immediate strength but still good

They won't make you incredibly strong just by putting them in your mouth. I train twice a day for amateur bodybuilding competitions, I also tend to clench my teeth or bite my tongue when I lift weights. I thought it would be an easy win. They're great for biting and for extra strength on the last few reps. But if you bench press 275, you're not going to get to 315 the next day. If you can get 275 pounds in 5-8 reps, it will help you stay in shape for those last few reps and lift the 8-rep…

Huge but great once you get used to it

it's a giant. No matter how hard you bite, it will NOT be as thin as the mouthguard you used before. I believe this is intentional as it leaves a HUGE hole in front of your mouth to breathe. It certainly takes some getting used to, but by the end of my first workout with it I really appreciated it. It's longer than I would like. I'm not a tall person, so it goes far into my mouth, hitting my (admittedly sensitive) gag reflex. I thought it was useless (and previously left a review stating this…
