I'm trying to get used to it but it's weird. I'm a powerlifter. Bought based on reviews and usage by top strongmen. I really think it helps when I'm under a load. I don't think I molded it correctly. It's quite thick and a bit funky for a fit. But it lets me relax my mouth and face, which definitely helps. It's hard to take a deep breath in preparation for the lift because I feel like it's about to slide back, triggering the gag reflex. Mine came with a suitcase. The product is good but I think it will take more getting used to. I plan to keep using it.
