I grind my teeth and clench my teeth tightly while lifting weights, mostly deadlifts, and this creates a hole in the back of my upper teeth, hence recommended my dentist to buy me a mouthguard/piece . I do CrossFit a few days a week, so I needed something that I could breathe through easily and go into my mouth easily. There are youtube videos that you can use when creating the mold for your teeth and I found them very easy to use. It does what I wanted and I'm glad it came in pink and with its own carry case. Can't say much about the buoyancy increase since I haven't tried boosting anything lately, but I'm glad it's saving my teeth.
