I like the fact that it has been developed by professionals who have worked in this industry so they know what clients are looking for. It also allows me to manage my business from anywhere with an internet connection as well which makes life easier. The support team can be slow at times but if you just give them time they will get back to you very quickly. There isn't anything i dislike about bluevendo other than having to pay a monthly subscription when using some of their features such as SMS messaging or webinars (at least during beta). Our main benefit is being able to see all our bookings across multiple platforms within one place. We now have access to information we didn't previously have access to - such as how much money each customer spends per trip.
