CB Not Working - 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL + Stock AM/FM Antenna + Uniden 520XL Radio

Installed on my 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL with stock antenna. AM/FM reception still works fine after adding a splitter between the antenna and the Uconnect Jeep, but my new CB radio is still silent. All CB 40 channels in downtown Vancouver are unmutable. So far I have made the splitter box defective. Any suggestions?
