I had high hopes for this grinder. I cook A LOT and really want to cut down on the cutting time. It grinds fine, sometimes you have to press very hard even with little material, but that doesn't really bother me, it still saves a lot of time. The biggest problem I have is how difficult it is to clean. I cut the onion the most, but it gets stuck in the sticks and it's very difficult to get out. The brush that came with it doesn't work at all. I have to use a knife to wash things, even the dishwasher doesn't clean everything. Onions attract bacteria, so it would be dangerous to leave onions out. So this is my biggest disappointment.
