I buy this product for human usage, not animals. My son is diabetic and wears a CGM (continuous glucose monitor.)It is injected into the arm and held in place by adhesive. Although supposedly waterproof, we learned early on that it will not stick after a few baths or a couple of swim days. It is supposed to last 10 days. So we cut off a strip of the vet wrap and wrap over the CGM . It stays on even when completely wet, and preserves the life of the CGM . We usually get a color assortment so they go with swimming trunks. It would be an extra layer of protection anytime to keep the CGM secure and clean.
