Company replaced item with no hassle.
Initially I was not happy with this device at all. The clasp that holds it together kept coming undone so my keys fell off. I almost lost important keys. But the company sent me a replacement at no cost that works just great now. The new one looks cool, and is fuctional. Very happy with the replacement.
