About an hour into our first ride, the top strap broke and our bikes crashed onto the freeway. We had to park our bikes on the side of the road. The company claims that the only possible reason for the belt breaking is that it was installed incorrectly. This was not the case. Check out their other claims and you will see that they never take responsibility for defective products. We provided the company with all the necessary information and they only responded with brief error messages. As another slap in the face, their "replacement” for that flawed Premier 4-Bike Rack is the Deluxe 2-Bike Rack, which retails for $39. Unless you're at risk of damaging your bikes, I would suggest contacting a company that endorses their products.
