Poor, poor, poor! I think this seller ban is useless! They just won't block the shadow! I believe this is because one of the balls of the two metal ball cylinders inside the device is smooth and the regulator has teeth for gripping. Not sure why this is a problem as I have used cord locks in the past which had one smooth plastic ball barrel and the other had adjustable metal teeth! The ones I've bought over the past few years have two metal-toothed ball cylinders. I thought I bought this here. Obviously I was wrong! I've been buying them for a while now just to have extra features, but there wasn't an urgent need! Now that I'm finally ready to use them, I see I've run into this problem, they just can't be used! Now it seems I can't go back!
