To help me decide which vacuum cleaner is best for my needs, I ordered two different models to compare in person. I made a prepayment. The courier duly returned one of the vacuums. Because of this, Dyson has kept me waiting for almost two weeks to receive either my payment or confirmation of my transaction. The operator initially assured you in chat that the funds were on their way. I called customer service a week later, and they said the order had not been canceled (how could it have been since the vacuum cleaner returned back?! ), but that they would forward my inquiry to another specialist and get back to me. Obviously, no one called in those two days. In addition, you can no longer reach the customer service department; instead, you hear constant brief beeps that make you wonder whether you've been blacklisted. Conversational pauses occur as well. Guys, this is utter garbage. A terrible circumstance, and one that is Having to write a negative review on a firm about which I had no doubts is terrible.
