Update: Shortly after I submitted my review below, EarFun Customer Service contacted me and asked how they could fix the issue. They sent me their EarFun Free Pro ANC wireless earbuds, which are upgrades to the ones I originally bought. It is very good. Great sound, good fit and excellent build quality. Thanks EarFun. I have never experienced better customer care. First review I really wanted to like these headphones. The price was right, the build quality was excellent. But the most important thing - how they sound - left a lot to be desired. A constant static hum could be heard in the left earbud. I tried different audio sources to make sure it wasn't related to a specific application, but they all had that annoying hum. In addition, the volume was quite low. I don't normally listen at high volumes, but these headphones just didn't have the power to approach normal listening levels. I recommend spending more and hopefully getting more.
