2 star rating because they smell like chemicals! Yes, it was a great price for the amount of balloons, but if you're ordering them for a young child's birthday party, be aware that they contain harsh chemicals. My 2 year old daughter grabbed one and barely touched her cheek with it and ended up with a red rash. Luckily, washing her face and using natural remedies helped, and the rash went away after a few hours. To be on the safe side, I washed the remaining balloons in hot soapy water. Otherwise it was a nice set of balloons, especially the foil giraffe. It was a party favorite!
