U.S. buyer beware on my review.

There are no compatible circle cutters/punches to be found in U.S. The paper cutter included in the button maker set is cheap and broke after a few uses (blade fell right out). The only cutters I found that would work ship from China with exorbitant shipping fees. If you are going to want to use a paper punch, get a button maker with U.S. compatible sizes. Specifics: makes a 44 mm pin, which needs 54 mm paper circle (2 1/8').
