Should have listened to the negative reviews. In the beginning it worked great. About 3 weeks. It now only draws 2 ounces of water with each button press. So for an 8 ounce cup of tea you really have to crank the handle up and down and press the button 4-5 times. This is a workout. And for some reason the coffee comes out weaker and not very hot. I didn't want to order the Keurig brand but my husband thought they had a good reputation. he doesn't feel that way anymore. And apparently we just missed our window of opportunity to come back. is not that great?
