Review on Bravex Torque Converter Clutch Chain by Walter Hodzic

Bought this unit to use with a stock Predator engine on my kid kart. The rig was relatively easy to install, requiring some minor modifications to the mounting plate so it didn't interfere with the motor mounting plate on the kart. However, after a minimal ride over the weekend, we chewed through 2 belts. Upon inspection, it was found that the rivets holding the mainspring assembly to the outer plate were improperly set and never flattened. This popped the rivets out of the holes and the plate started spinning as soon as the belt started spinning. The rivets then hook into the holes in the plates and eventually snap into place, but when you let off the gas the belt gets stuck because the drive unit isn't working properly. To update. On 02/26/2019, after my verification, I was contacted by customer service a few days later and I explained the problem to them. Without hesitation, they promptly rectified the situation by sending me a new package within a few days. I haven't installed it on our car yet to test it. But I will say this, their customer service definitely gets an A from me. I will update my review again after installing a new one and taking it for a test ride.
