I was eager to try out SUNLU's products because of their reputation in the industry as a 3D printing enthusiast. However, I had a really disappointing experience with their online store. The website was complicated to use, and the absence of detailed product information made it difficult to decide which filaments would be best for my purposes. Technical difficulties during the ordering procedure caused delays and anger. Despite SUNLU's assurances of superior quality, the filaments I received had variable diameters, which led to missed opportunities for printing and material waste. Although their customer care representatives were courteous, they lacked the expertise to address my problems satisfactorily. Overall, I had a disappointing experience with SUNLU's online store, and I wouldn't suggest it to other 3D printing fans. The market offers superior alternatives.
