It made cleaning my black water tank a lot easier. I can use hot water and that helps a lot. The hose comes with an adapter to attach to a tap. The only problem I have is that the faucet connector has started splashing water. You need to cover the top with a towel so the bathroom doesn't get "washed". Nonetheless, I recommend this item.
