I purchased this item to relieve the pain in my legs when I stand at work all day. I've tried many different things like expensive custom made shoes and foot spa insoles, nothing has alleviated the pain that occurs between my high arches and the healing of my feet. It had good reviews and the photo looked like your feet were pressed lightly against the massager, but it wasn't. The balls of this massager are so hard that they cause burning pain from feet to knees. It felt like walking on rocks. I put it back in the box after 5 minutes of use. If you like a hard massage for tight high feet then this is for you but if you are a reasonable weight person with high arches and narrow feet this product is so hard you can feel it to the bone.
