No taste, mixes very well in warm and hot liquids, not cold. I just mixed in a blender. I mixed it with coffee most of the time and made it a bit thick and creamy. Every time I ate everything in the morning, I wasn't as hungry by lunch, which helped me eat less to get to my next meal. I also added it to my yogurt but not the full 2 scoops. I add it to smoothies or milkshakes.
