As a person who enjoys music, I was pleased to discover an online shop such as DETTELIN that caters specifically to musicians and their equipment needs. Unfortunately, my dealings with this firm were really disappointing. Their product quality was poor, despite their extensive inventory of instruments. There were pieces missing from the drum set I bought, and the percussion instruments were dented and scratched. I tried contacting their customer service department, but they were completely unhelpful and indifferent to my inquiries. In addition, DETTELIN's promise to equal competitors' prices is empty. They wouldn't match the price because the products I discovered elsewhere were sold by illegal merchants, even though they were exactly the same as the ones they were selling. The instruments arrived broken because of the poor wrapping and the long delay in delivery. As a result, if you're seeking for a trustworthy place to buy musical instruments online, I wouldn't suggest DETTELIN. The quality of their goods is low, their support staff is unhelpful, and their promise to match competitors' prices is deceptive. Overall, it was just a bad time.
