Quick Shipping, personal service, and the YouTube instructional video was helpful in setting up this very simple and powerful system.I did find the product description a bit confusing. Each item is described as "extra", as in extra ringer, or extra doorbell. Once I figured out that I needed to design the doorbell system to fit our needs, I then bought all the individual items necessary. The most basic system would be a single doorbell button transmitter, and a single ringer receiver. I needed a single doorbell button transmitter and three ringer receivers. Each ringer receiver was place in different brick-walled rooms. The system works perfectly. But, all necessary components are referred to as "extra".I have asked the company if they would be interested in producing a transmitter(12 VDC battery operated, please!) product with a GPI input. This would help in installations where you wish to be able to use a customer's original button mounted near their door.
